What happens to the information collected through the EX TM Questionnaire?
The primary purpose of information collected via the EX TM Questionnaire is to promote productive, talent management discussions between managers and their executives that result in learning and career supports that are aligned with the needs of the organization. As well, for departments that wish to participate the CPSA, using its electronic data collection system, will provide back the data which can then be used by departments to identify trends and critical gaps, for the EXs, levels 1-5. Participating departments will also receive aggregated, enterprise-wide data reports for benchmarking purposes.
