Currently, the city is working through the details of how to refund alarm permits fees for alarms that will no longer require a permit. Generally, burglar alarms that do not have a robbery, duress, or emergency function on the alarm will not have to pay an alarm fee. A prorated refund will be granted to those applicable alarms. The details of which have not yet been released.
