A gift to the Friendship Fund received by Theta Foundation after June 30, 2011 will be returned to the donor. Donors will have the option of making their gift to Theta Foundation unrestricted or to restrict it to another fund. Alternatively, donors may choose to redirect their gift to the Fraternity.
