What happens to the Flight management system if the part for ILS fails to operate during flight?

Nothing or everything. Once the airplane is tracking the LOC and GS, the FMS is pretty much out of the loop. So a failure of an ILS component will only impact the FMS if the pilots revert back to some sort of approach where the FMS plays a significant part.
