What happens to the fax images once processed?
A. As you process each timecard, a line strikes through the processed card. When you refresh your screen the stricken (processed) timecards no longer appears in the list. The associated email in the inbox is moved to the Week Ending folder. However, you can always retrieve that image file by returning to the designated inbox and dragging-and-dropping the email from the Week Ending folder to the Inbox folder. Note: If more than one associate’s time is reported on a single fax timecard, you must select the file and process for the first associate and then reselect the stricken file and process for the second associate.
