What happens to the disks and hard-copies of papers handed in?

AARE papers that are handed in at Conference are checked against the Abstract Book and coded if the presenter has not labelled the document with its code. The papers are then sent to the person creating the WWW site. The hard copy can be used as a reference if necessary. Finally they are sent to the ACER Library where they are processed for indexing into the Australian Education Index. The AEI is linked to other bibliographic services world wide.
