What happens to the customers payment if an order is cancelled?
The customer’s credit card is charged as soon as the order is placed. Therefore, if the customer cancels the order before the seller ships the item, the customer will be credited the amount paid once the seller confirms the item was never sent. If the item(s) has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the artist(s). The customer will be reimbursed the cost of the items returned, less the cost of shipping, once the artist/seller confirms that the item has been returned in the same condition as when sent.
