What happens to the BT Yahoo email address when I cancelled bt yahoo broadband ?
when you get the account ceased, 99% of the time BT will cease any email address’s agaisnt it, You can speak to billing and ask them to fasttrack the account or make it a pay as you go account this will keep the email address active Only problem if you want help with it you may need to speak to a premiem rate number
