What happens to the broken parts after Gadget Repair fixes my gadget?
We do not return broken parts to customers. As we make a repair we scrap the broken parts in accordance with our municipality’s regulations. Parts like batteries, screens, and logic boards contain heavy metals and contaminates and must be disposed of properly. If you desire to have your broken parts sent back with your repaired device, you must Contact Us prior to the repair and make the request. After the repair is complete, there is no way of tracking which part was yours. There will be a handling fee associated with this service.
