What happens to the broken hearted?
In hard economic times, putting others ahead of your own needs can be difficult. The Factory Theatre, Holland Productions, and all those involved with “The Halfway House Club” prove that, though it may be challenging, it can yield rewards to those truly in need. In the spirit of the holiday season, all proceeds from the show will benefit the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Since 1985 this organization has been providing quality health care for the Boston homeless community. Boston Health Care for the Homeless has been managing the broken hearts and other physical ailments of Boston’s homeless since 1985. They provide medical, mental-health, and dental services to 11,000 homeless men, women, and children a year at over 80 different sites around Boston with clinics in the city’s homeless shelters and three of its major hospitals. This summer, they moved into their new home at Jean Yawkey Place, located a half mile from The Factory Theatre next to Boston Medical Center. Here
