What happens to the boys in the FLDS after they leave their polygamist compounds?
(Before I answer, thank you VERY much for acknowledging the difference between LDS and FLDS :D) -edited for details- In June 2005 about a dozen boys were thrown out of their FLDS homes to reduce competition for wives. The boys filed suit. This is the only time I’ve heard of where people were actually kicked out. I’ve never heard of specific organizations to help them, but I’m sure there are people that help them. I’ve read that the leader of the compound can take wives away from ‘less worthy’ men and hand them over to ‘more worthy’ men.
