What happens to the annual and sick leave that would be posted on the July 15th check? Will the July 31st check reflect the entire amount of leave?

Just like the pay, there is a lag, so leave accrual from the first 15 days of July shows up in the paycheck at the end of the month, then leave accrued during the second half of July shows up in the Aug. 15th paycheck, and so on.
