The clinic will attempt to fertilise (add sperm) all the eggs that you donate. Some eggs may not fertilise but those that do fertilise become embryos. The embryos are allowed to grow for a few days before 2 embryos are transferred to the recipint mother to try and achieve a pregnancy. Any additional embryos are frizen for the couple, if they are viable for freezing.
