What happens to suggestions the customers make?
From this point forward, the store’s staff is making every effort to respond to every member’s request. Wynston Estis, the Interim General Manager, will evaluate every suggestion received. Although it’s not possible to pursue every idea, every effort will be made to follow through with those that are affordable, available, and will benefit the membership. Members’ suggestions will be posted on a “Customer’s Corner” page of the web site and posted in the store. Everyone can make a suggestion, either by filling out a form at the front of the store and putting it in the Suggestion Box, or by speaking with any of the YRGC staff.
