Nothing happens to solids and liquids at high pressure. Gases are the only substance affects by pressure where if enough pressure is exhibited on a gas, it can turn into a liquid. Many concepts in chemistry deal with pressure and gases, but pressure does not affect a solid or a liquid substance.
