What happens to shares of Visteon stock that were outstanding prior to the effective date of Visteon’s plan of reorganization?

0

Shares of Visteon common stock outstanding immediately prior to the effective date of Visteon’s plan of reorganization (Visteon’s “old common stock”) were canceled as of the effective date, Oct. 1, 2010. Under Visteon’s plan of reorganization, holders of the old common stock will receive their pro rata portion of shares of new common stock and warrants giving them the right to purchase shares of the new common stock under certain conditions.
