What happens to points I have earned if I return an item paid for with a form of payment other than a Talbots Charge?
Only Classic Awards Red members earn points on non-Talbots Charge purchases. If you return an item paid for with a form of payment other than a Talbots Charge, your point total will be deducted by the number of points originally earned on the item returned. For example, if you return an item for $50, your point total will be reduced by 25 points.
