Returned merchandise will generate a point reversal posted automatically to the Click2Houston Rewards member account if the return occurs within the Return Policy set by the merchant. Any merchandise that is returned outside of the defined Return Policy will not generate a point reversal from the member’s account. Adjustments to member accounts may take up to 120 days, depending on the retailer.
