All properties not sold at auction will be available for purchase the next day in the Tax Forfeited Land section on a first come, first serve basis. All parcels will be sold at their established appraised value. This list can be purchased, for a nominal fee, in our office or is available to view at Parcels Available For Immediate Purchase. You may subscribe to our free email notification service to automatically receive updates or changes to the “Parcels Available for Immediate Purchase” list by signing up at Purchase Available For Immediate Purchase.
