What happens to my subscription (and my ERP system) if Geoprise is sold to another company?
In the event GEOPRISE TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or some of its assets, our obligation to service your active and paid-up subscription will likely be transferred to another company. You will be notified via email and prominent notice on our Web site at least 30 days before any such change in ownership or control of your account.
