We do not recommend utilizing any extensions licensed under the SPL with Sugar Community Edition that’s licensed under GPL v3 as it violates the policy. It is best to perform a thorough inspection of your CRM deployment to insure no code violations result from mixing older SPL-licensed extensions with a GPL-licensed version of Sugar Community Edition.
