Your TrueBlue Awards or TruePasses will remain valid until the expiration date listed on your Award (12 months from issuance) and redemption policies will follow the old TrueBlue terms and conditions. To redeem your old TrueBlue Awards or TruePasses call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) TTY/TDD 1-800-336-5530. Please have your TrueBlue number available when making your redemption. See destinations and dates that currently have good seat availability.
