What happens to my funds if a payment made through Bill Payment, that is sent using a paper check, does not clear after 90 days?

The checks that are drawn from Bill Payment are valid for 90 days. If the check does not clear within the 90 days, the check will become void and the funds will be returned to your account. This does not apply to payments that are made electronically.
