What happens to my environment if I am a current CloudShare Pro subscriber and my current environment no longer fits within the new parameters?

If your environment no longer complies with CloudShare Pro parameters, the following steps will occur: 1. You will be notified (in red, on the top left of the application) that your need to edit your environment so it meets CloudShare Pro parameters. 2. You will have a 30-day “grace period” (during which you temporarily keep your CloudShare ProPlus status) to either downgrade your environment on your own, or re-subscribe to CloudShare ProPlus. 3. After the 30 days grace period, if you did not re-subscribe to CloudShare ProPlus, your will be downgraded to CloudShare Pro status. If you did not downgrade your environment to Pro size, your environment will be deleted.
