What happens to my data if I decide to cancel my service or if eProcess Pros closes its operation?
Your data is protected. As part of our contract, we guarantee that you own your data and all of your data will be protected. Upon cancellation, depending on the size of the files, you can transfer them back to your local computer or we can put them on a CD and send them certified mail to you. Our goal is to get you the data within 72 hours.
