You may be able to transfer your BT service to the BT Premium Email service, which would allow you keep using your email address (at the cost of £1.50 a month) while using another ISP. wait 7 days and then call up 0870 241 4567 (Billing department for BT e-mail) and ask them to change to account to a BT Yahoo!
