What happens to my AT&T Unity rate plan if I change my local service provider or long distance carrier from AT&T to another provider?
A. AT&T Unity rate plans require that you maintain qualifying service from AT&T. If you make a change to your account that causes you not to meet these eligibility requirements, the AT&T Unity expanded calling feature will be removed from your wireless rate plan. Calls made between your wireless phone and AT&T wireline phone numbers will be billed at normal airtime rates. AT&T will send you a text message letting you know that the AT&T Unity unlimited calling feature has been removed. AT&T’s Mobile to Mobile and Nights & Weekends unlimited calling features will still be available with your plan.
