What happens to multiple records about the same resource during record exchanges?
The rules above allow multiple (enhanced) metadata records about the same resource to flow around the system. RDN hubs and HEA centres are expected to EITHER display all records OR to de-duplicate in some fashion (according to their interprettation of user requirements, usability, etc.). De-duplication can be based on comparison of POIs and/or URLs.
