What happens to items I send in that do not meet the clothing condition assurance standards?
We pride ourselves on only accepting clothes in excellent condition, so please don’t send in anything that you wouldn’t have your friends children wear or your own for that matter! Our stringent clothing condition assurance process for each item received ensures you will only ever receive items that at worst, show the slightest wear with no rips, stains, pilling, tears or missing buttons. Lot’s of life in them yet! Any items that do not meet the standard will be donated directly to charity. If you’re unsure about an item you want to send in, please feel free to speak with one of our friendly team members prior to sending the item in.
