To continue to undertake gas work, installers must remain registered as part of the CORGI scheme. For most this means no change but new installers or installers coming back to gas work must ensure they are registered with CORGI. Gas installers should continue to comply with the full terms of their existing registration. For gas work that is notifiable to local authority building control, for example, installers must continue to register that work through CORGI.
