DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION FORM TO THE FACULTY OF SCIENCE OR INTERNATIONAL OFFICE WITHOUT ATTACHING TWO REFEREE REPORTS AND THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION. Application forms must be submitted together in one package. If one or more of the application forms is missing, the application will be considered incomplete. The Faculty of Science or International Office will return the application in the mail to the applicant. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure the application is complete. Incomplete applications can not be evaluated nor proceed to the selection interview.
