As with all resolutions, they have to be approved by the membership in attendance at a BGM. This requires all resolutions to go to a workshop before voting on the final wording. An omnibus motion will be presented at the opening plenary on Friday, before workshops occur, automatically approving all “green lighted” resolutions.
