Its important to make sure that after your carpool trip you properly re-install your toll tag onto your windshield. If you have lost your Mylar bag, please call the FasTrak Customer Service Center at 877-229-8655 (877-BAY-TOLL), and they will mail you a replacement bag. Note: This is slightly different on Bay Area bridges, where carpool vehicles must pay a bridge toll. So when you are crossing a toll bridge, you must keep your toll tag on your windshield.
