EC-Council and our Authorized Training Centers take the necessary precaution to issue notice and briefings to students on the ethics of being an information security professional. All candidates are required to strictly abide by the EC-Council Code of Ethics. Prior to attending this course, students will be asked to sign an agreement stating that they will not use the newly acquired skills for illegal or malicious attacks and that they will not use such tools in an attempt to compromise any computer system, and to indemnify EC-Council with respect to the use or misuse of these tools, regardless of intent. EC-Council will investigate all complains about its members and based on facts, will suspend or revoke its members’ certifications.
