A. Spam that is blocked at the connection level is never accepted by our machines and so is not stored by us. Typically 95% + of spam is blocked at the connection level. After email passes through the connection filters, it is subject to content analysis. If it is deemed to be spam at this point then it is quarantined by our servers.
