What happens to an entry when it no longer lies within the specified range? Is it removed completely from the database or can it be retrieved later by changing the range of dates?
There is no automatic removal of entries in Oracle Calendar, nor any “aging out”. The In-Tray preferences will only decide what is displayed, but the actual entries are permanently stored in the database until manually deleted or removed. Regardless of how you’ve displayed the In-Tray, the actual agenda meetings will not be affected.
