Since SCEIS is an integrated system, an employee’s annual and sick leave balances will automatically transfer with the employee to the new agency. However, compensatory time will not be transferred since this should be paid out upon transfer of the employee.

Since SCEIS is an integrated system, an employee’s annual and sick leave balances will automatically transfer to the new agency with the employee. (A transfer or “Movement Between Agencies” action will initiate Infotype 0416 in SCEIS.
