What happens to an e-license if a user changes/upgrades computers or no longer needs the application?
Even though the license remains on that user’s machine, the license is not tied to that machine. The user can return the e-license to the license pool at any time by simply selecting an option from a menu in the application. When software is removed, users are instructed to return the e-license first.
