What happens to all my undelivered LockBoxes when I cancel my subscription?
All undelivered LockBoxes will be archived and stored in our database but will not be delivered. To deliver these LockBoxes simply renew your account which will then reactivate the delivery dates. To renew your account login using the email address and password you had registered with and select a storage plan. If the delivery date has passed, then you will have to assign a new delivery date. To assign a new delivery date, select the Lockbox from the Crated LockBoxes tab, select edit, go to Step 2 and assign a new delivery date.
