What happens to a small female dog who has gotten pregnant by a large male dog?
I have had a golden bredding with a Lhasa and the Lhasa (who was the female) delivered at the clinic fine. But not every story ends that way. I would save up some money and have her carry full term if you would like to give the puppys away or you can have her spayed… I tend not to agree with abortions but that is an option. I would have her checked by a vet and see their reccomendations every doctor is different and it would be good to have a relationship is case of a needed c-section due to her smaller size compared to the possible fathers. During the c-section they can have her spayed all at the same time to prevent those gents from doing it again 😉 good luck Also the puppy can be given formula every other feeding to give the mother a much needed break. Be sure while she is pregnant you have her on puppy food the whole way until she has whelped all the puppys.
