The program can delete the SYSOUT from the queue, it can be placed on Dataset Hold, System Hold, or simply be requeued to a different output class so that it won’t be reselected. In all cases, messages are sent to the master console, and with TSO notification a message is sent back to the TSO user that submitted the original SYSOUT job.
