PetSafe will work with leaders from the finalist cities to attain a short video about the city and its need for a dog park. A city representative will supply the video to PetSafe. Those videos will be posted online, and voting will be open to the public to determine which city will receive $100,000 for a PetSafe dog park. The winner will be determined solely by popular vote.
