What happens once the Employee Referral Program Application form is submitted to Human Resources?
The application form will be date stamped and after Human Resources determines the nominee’s occupation is a “Referral Payment Approved” profession, Human Resources will log it. Human Resources will then contact the nominee to confirm their interest and will request a copy of their resume/employment application. Once interest is confirmed, Human Resources will match him/her with potential vacancies and a copy of the resume will be forwarded to the appropriate Manager for consideration as per the formal recruitment process. If the candidate is not interested Human Resources will notify the nominating employee/physician/registered volunteer. In the case of physicians, Human Resources will forward the application to Medical Affairs. Medical Affairs will contact the nominee to confirm their interest and commence the formal recruitment process specific to physicians. If the nominee is not interested Medical Affairs will advise Human resources who in turn will notify the nominating employee/
