What happens once my advisor has submitted a myNKU Mapped Courses Question Form?
The form is sent to the Office of the Registrar where it is reviewed before processing: • We review the request to verify the student successfully completed the course in question. • We review to ensure the course was successfully completed prior to Fall 2010. • We review to ensure the course has approved mapping to the requested category. • We test to ensure “moving” the course does not negatively impact another category. • If any of the above points are in question, we contact the sender to explain our findings and the request is not processed. • If all of the above are satisfactory, we move the course to its approved category to update the audit and notify the sender.
