This long weekend is the “culmination” of your mapping activity. You may by that time have done a lot of it already, but we want to take a particular weekend when everything is noted for once and for all…laying down a marker for all time. You will make your own arrangements on how you want to treat this weekend and the “what, where, how” etc. of it all, but; you’ll need to log it with our Mapping Team.
