What happens on the expiry date if restrictions are not met (if winnings were not included in the restricted amount)?
If the pending restrictions are not fulfilled by the bonus award expiry date, then the bonus record is marked as expired. The current restricted amount is split between the bonus amount and the deposit amount. The bonus amount is claimed back and the deposit amount is added back to your available balance. From the current restricted amount, the bonus amount is claimed back first. If there is any balance left, it becomes the deposit component that is added to your available balance.
