What happens on extremely hot days?
In the case of extremely hot weather, the Children, Youth & Camping Director determines whether or not it is safe to remain outdoors. If campers remain outside, all necessary means will be used to keep campers cool. If campers are taken inside or sent on a field trip, parents will be notified via email. In the event of a heat advisory, campers will be taken inside.
