What happens in the event that rain, lightning or another weather condition causes a round to be cancelled?

We make every attempt to complete a tournament, but sometimes the weather does not cooperate. When this happens we complete as much as we can. Our stipulated round is 9 holes for all players. If we are able to complete a stipulated round then the results are official for the day. One day completed constitutes a completed tournament. Trophies will be awarded. There will be no refund of entry fee should weather cause cancellation of one round. If the golf course waives its daily fee there will be a dollar-for-dollar credit against a future event based on course charges. If we are unable to complete a stipulated round on either day of the tournament, no trophies will be awarded and all entry fees will be refunded.
