If a participant has already paid full payment but does not meet all requirements listed above, The NASTAR Center will provide a full refund of the final payment (minus the 25% deposit), or re-schedule their event date until such a time when the requirements are met for the given program. The deposit amount will be kept and put towards the rescheduled training date.
