What happens in the event of a dispute?
Artists who submit work to The Threadneedle Prize shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Mall Galleries against any actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, charges, costs and expenses which the Mall Galleries may incur arising out of or in connection with any actual or alleged financial or contractual arrangements between such artist and any agent (other than the Mall Galleries) or any other third party.
